Field Day in Sweida Testing Station

On August 6, 2020, Debbane & Co held a field day for colleagues from all governorates at Sweida Station, in the presence of the General Director.

The event was attended by 19 colleagues from all branches. Colleagues Kamil Shanan, Diaa Hammoud and Taher Abu Fakher explained all the details of the station, discussed and evaluated the varieties displayed and their marketing methods, then organized a tour to examine the commercial, competing and newly numbered varieties at the station.

Later on, colleagues Diaa Hammoud and Taher Abu Fakher delivered a detailed presentation of the old and more recent varieties of the company in Syria and listed the varieties that would be examined during the field day. In total, 5 meetings were held with some distributors and farmers over two days, Sunday and Saturday August 8 and 9, in which varieties were described. A tour was also conducted to examine, discuss and evaluate all commercial, competing and newly numbered varieties at the station.
