The Annual Gathering of Debbane and Co.

This year, Debbane & Co. completed its forty-seventh year of supplying the agri-industry with agricultural guidance and trusted products and being the pioneer in initiating sustainable development initiatives. The annual gathering, which bears the slogan “Responsible Agriculture for Sustainable Development”, was held in the presence of Mr. Fadi Dabbane, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. John Fawaz, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Oussama Kabbani, the company’s General Manager, in addition to managers and general staff, in appreciation of the team’s efforts throughout the year.

The meeting began with words from the managers, where the focus was on the synergy of efforts and cooperation and the need to adapt while focusing on the company’s goals, supporting strengths, and overcoming obstacles by working to find appropriate solutions. This was followed by honoring a number of employees for their constant and continuous contribution to the company and distributing souvenirs to deserving employees according to seniority.
As the meeting coincided with International Women’s Day, roses were distributed to the main partners in success, all mothers and ladies working in the company.
