“Sweetness Beyond Words… Pure Honey!”

That was how farmer Mohammad Hasaba summed up what he found in his field on July 8, 2026. A simple phrase that said what numbers rarely can.

In the Bosra Al-Harir area of Daraa Governorate, we organized a field day to evaluate the real-field performance of two watermelon varieties: Natasha and Karam. Farmers and distributors from across the region came looking for what every grower looks for – a variety worth trusting, season after season.

The field was planted on March 10, 2026 using covered cultivation techniques. By evaluation day, the results spoke for themselves: vigorous plant growth, dense foliage, and fruit that maintained its quality and market appeal well beyond full maturity.

During the field tour, attendees assessed fruit uniformity, shape, and rind color -details that may seem minor but make all the difference at market.

Then came the tasting, the most honest test of all. With Natasha, not many words were needed. The flavor spoke, and the farmers answered.

“Sweetness beyond words… pure honey!”
