Meeting with Distributors and Farmers at the Vegetable Trial Station in Sweida on the Ferrara Cauliflower and an Evaluation of some Cruciferae Varieties

On 18/11/2020, a meeting was held at the vegetable trial station in Sweida with distributors Mr. Imad Abu Yazbek, Mrs. Ola Saymouha (Eng. Omar Al Hussein), Eng. Tayseer Nasr, Eng. Diaa Abu Moghdab and a number of engineers and farmers at the company. The audience was briefed about the “Ferrara Cauliflower” variety, which earned much praise as a commercial variety. Indeed, it is dense with a smooth curd, white in color, and has a suitable size for early productivity (90 days). The audience was also briefed about the C5 cabbage and unanimously agreed that it is a distinctive variety in terms of density, nicely curled leaves, weight and size.
