Seminar on strawberry production and improvement

While strawberries are one of the main crops in Syria, this crop currently suffers from a myriad of problems and diseases.
In light of the latter, Debbane and Co. sponsored a scientific symposium entitled “Strawberry Production and Improvement” in cooperation with Al-Baath University and the Agricultural Engineers Association. This symposium was attended by great scientific figures as about twelve lectures were given in a row.

Most of the lectures revolved around strawberry problems and diseases, so it was important to provide solutions and help farmers increase productivity. Eng. Zuhair Al-Sit, Technical Director of the company, gave a presentation on the most important products offered by Debbane and Co. that help in the treatment and protection of plants from diseases.
