Field Day at the Dkeika Trial Station

On December 28, 2021, Debbane & Co. organized a field day at the Dkeika trial station in Tartous. The event gathered over 160 people, including farmers, distributors, agricultural extension engineers and the Syrian News Channel. All coastal commercial and technical engineers. A number of engineers working at the company in the region also attended the gathering. Targeted varieties: Soraya eggplant, Roper and Fikona bell peppers, Julia, Hannibal and Barq cucumbers, as well as Raya, Dalal, Qasiyon tomatoes, O.S cross and Ruby King cabbage, Fayrouz lettuce, White Alice flower, new fungicides and insecticides (provided by the Director of Pesticides). Organization of the varieties in the field and their specifications matched the participants’ likings. The attendees participated in evaluating the items through an evaluation sheet, and a report on the event will be broadcast on the Syrian News Channel.
