From Raqqa, “Farah” Zucchini Proves Its Edge in the Field

The true value of a crop variety isn’t measured in words, it’s proven in the ground.

That’s exactly why Debbane & Co., under the sponsorship of Al-Karmo Agricultural Center, organized a field day in Raqqa Governorate on April 22, 2026. The company’s technical team gathered alongside distributors and farmers from across the region, all with one goal: to see the “Farah” zucchini variety for themselves.

Why “Farah”?

Farah was developed to answer the real challenges farmers face, from productivity and fruit quality to disease pressure and market demands. What stood out that day wasn’t just numbers, but tangible results:

  • High productivity delivering consistent and excellent returns for the farmer
  • Exceptional fruit quality in terms of shape, color and uniformity
  • Strong disease and pest resistance reducing the need for intensive treatments
  • Excellent adaptation to early-season cultivation in regional conditions
  • Extended harvest period giving farmers continuity in production and better market timing

The day also featured practical demonstrations on optimal farming methods, irrigation and fertilization techniques — because the right knowledge is always the first step toward a successful season.

Debbane & Co.: From the field to the farmer, with expertise that makes a difference.
