Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in agriculture products sales
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
• Establish a network to enhance Debbane & Co’s relationship with its major stakeholders for a better company positioning and to ensure a proper follow-up with clients/farmers to enhance company’s quality as a leader in agricultural support and provider.
• Achieve the annual sales and collection target for the designated area
• Attract new customers in a market with high movements/change and make sure the company develops its market share.
• Make site investigations and field checks, and provide technical support to farmers in case of any need or problem that may occur.
• Prospect the possibility of having new markets and areas and enlarging Debbane & Co’s share and profitability.
• Promote Debbane & Co’s agricultural products and conduct appropriate tests and trials in collaboration with farmers, clients and technical team.
• Ensure info collection on market, competitors, prices and follow-up with all clients.
• Provide statistical data about sales, market, and customers to the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager.
• Provide improvement suggestions and requested products
